How long does shipping take?
Orders are made and shipped by our partner from GMP-compliant facilities in the United States. Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $100 and usually arrives in 5–9 business days. Orders of $100+ ship free by express and usually arrive in 3–8 business days. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC (no Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Where are your products made?
In GMP-compliant facilities in the United States.
Is there a separate line for men and women?
No. Payton Mary is one line for active adults. Every product carries the same bone label and is made to the same standard.
Allergens
Do your products contain allergens?
Collagen is bovine-derived. Colostrum is derived from bovine milk. Hydration Powder is made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame. Sleep Formula uses a gelatin capsule and contains melatonin. Always read each product's label for full ingredients and allergen information.
Can I take these if I'm pregnant, nursing or taking medication?

Age limits
Why do I need to verify my age?
Creatine is sold only to adults 18 and older. New York law, and California law from January 1, 2027, restrict sales of certain supplements to people under 18. We may verify your age at checkout, and an adult signature may be required at delivery. We cancel and refund orders that can't be verified. Sleep Formula is intended for adults.
Returns
Can I return a product?
For safety reasons we accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it. See our Refund Policy.
