Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026. These policies are provided by Payton Mary ("we," "us").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order and subscription details, age-verification data (date of birth, ID check result from our verification provider), and messages you send us.
Collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and cookies or pixels (Shopify, analytics, and email/advertising tools such as Klaviyo and Meta, if enabled).
Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments or other payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To fulfill orders and subscriptions, verify age where the law requires it, provide customer service, send transactional messages, send marketing (with your consent where required), prevent fraud, improve the site, and comply with the law.

3. How we share it

With service providers that act on our behalf: Shopify (hosting and checkout), Supliful (fulfillment), shipping carriers, our age-verification provider, our email and SMS marketing platform, our product reviews platform, and analytics or advertising partners. We may also share it when the law requires, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" or "selling" under state law; see Section 6.

4. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for legal, tax and accounting needs, or as the law requires.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts. You can manage cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner.

6. Your state privacy rights (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your information, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. To submit a request, email support@getrevenuemode.com. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. Health-related information

We don't ask for medical information. Purchase history of supplements may be treated as consumer health data in some states (for example, Washington's My Health My Data Act).
