Effective date: November 1, 2026. These policies are provided by Payton Mary ("we," "us").
- Acceptance. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Some products (such as creatine) require age verification and may require an adult signature at delivery. We may cancel any order that fails verification.
- Products and information. Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Website content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Read every label before use.
- Orders and pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct pricing errors and limit or cancel orders. Prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions. Subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
- Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
- Intellectual property. All site content, the Payton Mary name, the ESSENTIALS label wording, and the signature mark belong to us or our licensors. Do not use them without permission.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use, scraping, reselling without authorization, or interfering with the site.
- Reviews and submissions. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it. Reviews must be honest and must reflect your genuine experience.
- Disclaimer of warranties. Except as stated on the product label and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is."
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.
- Dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.
- Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
