Shipping Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026. These policies are provided by Payton Mary ("we," "us").

  • Where we ship: United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and we do not ship internationally. PO boxes are accepted for Standard shipping (sent via USPS). Creatine is not shipped to New York addresses.
  • Processing and delivery: Orders are fulfilled by our US fulfillment partner and typically arrive in 5–9 business days by standard shipping or 3–8 business days by express shipping after shipment. Processing usually takes 1–5 business days before shipment. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Rates: Standard shipping is a flat $8 on orders under $100. Express shipping is free on orders of $100+. Rates are shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: A tracking email is sent when your order ships.
  • Age-restricted items: Orders containing creatine (and any other item flagged for age verification) require age verification at checkout. Under California law from January 1, 2027, shipments may require an adult (18+) signature and photo ID at delivery.
  • Address accuracy: Please check your address. We're not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
  • Delays: Carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, email support@getrevenuemode.com with your order number.
