Subscription Terms (Subscribe & Save)
Effective date: November 1, 2026. These policies are provided by Payton Mary ("we," "us").
Key terms (shown clearly next to the subscribe button and at checkout)
Your subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method the one-time price less the displayed subscription discount, plus applicable tax and shipping, on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout, starting on the date of your first order. Prices may change; we'll notify you before any price increase. Cancel anytime in your account under Manage Subscriptions or by emailing support@getrevenuemode.com. You can cancel or skip anytime before your next billing date, in your account portal or by emailing support@getrevenuemode.com; changes made before that date apply to your next charge.
- Affirmative consent. Checkout includes a separate, unchecked checkbox where you agree to these auto-renewal terms. We save a record of your consent.
- Confirmation. After purchase, we email you an acknowledgment with these terms, the cancellation method, and the price and frequency, in a form you can keep.
- Reminders. We'll email you before each renewal charge. For subscriptions longer than one year, or free or discounted trials if offered, we'll send any additional notices that state law requires.
- Easy online cancellation. You can cancel online, in the same way you signed up, with no phone call or retention gauntlet required. We may present one save offer, which you can decline in one click. Cancellation is confirmed by email.
- Skip, pause and change. You can skip a delivery, pause, change the frequency, or swap products anytime from your account.
- Material changes. We'll give you clear notice before any material change to terms or price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payment. If a charge fails, we may retry it and will notify you. Your subscription may be paused if payment cannot be completed.
- Annual reminder of the subscription and how to cancel, where required by California law.
- Returns: Unopened renewal orders follow our Refund Policy.
